Dixit is a lovingly illustrated circle of relatives card game of creative guesswork. Letting your ideas carry you away!
A picture is worth a thousand words, and in Dixit, it’s a must to use the provided illustrations to check out and best match a phrase, word or song.
In Dixit, every player is the storyteller for a turn. The storyteller chooses a card from their hand, and gives everyone a clue (either a word, phrase, or perhaps a song).
All other players then also make a choice a card from their hand that most closely fits this clue. The Storyteller’s card is shuffled with the players’ cards, then the entire chosen cards are revealed.
Now this is a fun guessing game, of which illustration is the Storyteller’s cards? All players secretly vote, after which the scoring begins!
